Devonwood Apartments is a new construction, mixed-income residential complex located on Devonwood Drive, Merced County. This project encompasses five 3-story residential walk-up buildings and one 1-story community building, totaling 156 units. Of these, 117 units are designated for individuals and families, while 39 units cater specifically to special needs individuals and families.
The complex features a variety of unit types: 69 one-bedroom units (626 sq. ft.), 46 two-bedroom units (978 sq. ft.), and 39 three-bedroom units (1,154 sq. ft.). The majority of units (154) will be income-restricted, targeting 30% to 70% of the Merced County Area Median Income (AMI). This thoughtfully designed community aims to foster a supportive and inclusive environment for all residents, promoting a high quality of living through its comprehensive suite of facilities and services.
